Loading…Seven Questions That Separate a Supplier From a Partner
· 2 min read
Every distributor will tell you their products are original, certified and cold-chained. The difference between the ones who mean it and the ones who repeat it is entirely in what they can produce on request.
1. Can I see documentation for this batch?
Not the brand. Not last year's certificate. The box in front of you. If batch-level paperwork takes days to appear, it was not being kept.
2. How is the cold chain evidenced, not promised?
Temperature-controlled transport is a claim; monitoring you can audit is a system. Ask what happens to a shipment when a logger reads out of range.
3. Which ingredients are named — and which are hidden behind "complex"?
A supplier who cannot name what is in the syringe cannot support you when a patient asks.
4. What is the written protocol?
Interval, technique, needle gauge, aftercare. If the answer is "it depends", ask what it depends on — a real answer exists.
5. What are the contraindications you would put in writing?
Suppliers confident in their product are specific about who it is not for. Vagueness here is a warning, not a courtesy.
A practical filter: ask for storage conditions and shelf life in writing. It is the single fastest way to find out whether a distributor holds real manufacturer documentation.
6. Who do I call at 7pm when something is wrong?
Clinical support is not a marketing line. Ask for the escalation path before you need it.
7. What happens to my order when demand spikes?
Allocation policy tells you whether you are a customer or an afterthought when stock is tight.
We publish specifications, protocols and handling notes on every product page for exactly this reason — start with our brands, or talk to our team.
